John Iheoma is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of JTC Behavioral Health Services. A former Baltimore City Police Officer, he developed a passion for serving individuals and strengthening communities through accessible behavioral healthcare. He earned a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, bringing strategic leadership and business expertise to the organization. John is committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health services while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care.
Gail Belote serves as the Office Manager at JTC Behavioral Health Services, overseeing the daily administrative operations of the practice. She coordinates appointment scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, and office workflows to ensure a seamless client experience. Gail is dedicated to creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for every individual who walks through our doors. She works closely with both clients and providers to ensure efficient, high-quality service. Her commitment to professionalism and compassionate care helps keep our practice running smoothly every day.
Dr. Sandie Lontou provides clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care. Dr. Ngozi Guerrier leads the organization's efforts in recruiting, developing, and supporting a highly qualified team of behavioral health professionals. She is dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, professionalism, and excellence. Dr. Guerrier works closely with leadership to ensure staff receive the resources, training, and support needed to provide exceptional patient care. Dr. Chantal is a licensed therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic care for adolescents and adults experiencing behavioral health challenges. She specializes in anxiety, depression, weight management, and overall wellness, incorporating evidence-based therapy with healthy lifestyle practices such as nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and effective coping strategies. She also provides comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cognitive disorders, and learning disabilities.
